Repairs and Troubleshooting
Is you Chromebook damaged or in need of repair?
Please report to the library to complete the Chromebook Repair Form, and submit your device for repair. You will be given a loner Chromebook to use until your Chromebook has been repaired. Please note, Chromebook Protection Plans do NOT cover chargers. The library does not issue loaners chargers. Once your Chromebook is repaired, you and your parents will not be notified by email.
Do you need to pick up a repaired Chromebook?
You may do so during regular library hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
If you are only having problems with your password, then please email the RJUHSD Technology Help desk at help@rjuhsd.us, Mrs. Scuka at ascuka@rjuhsd.us, Mrs. Styler at dstyler@rjuhsd.us, or Mrs. Treto at ztreto@rjuhsd.us to have your password reset. Please include your first and last name, student ID number, and your grade level. You do not need to complete a repair form to have your password reset.
