He is conference founder and executive director of Taking Control of Your Diabetes, an annual series of diabetes educational conferences and health fairs held in selected cities in the U.S. and designed to bring the newest, most practical information to people who are living with diabetes, and their families. Edelman is the author of several books and articles dealing with diabetes, including Taking Control of Your Diabetes.
