Transcripts

Transcripts cannot be picked up in person at the Antelope High School Office. Current and former students must now use Parchment - electronic submission request of your transcript. This implementation will allow you a greater tracking service and quicker delivery - digitally!It is very important that students create their accounts. Do not use your @student.rjuhsd.us email account. You must use a personal email address.

Instructions

  1. Click on the button above or the "order records" button below to go to Parchment.
  2. Select Learner Account ("Ordering your own credentials or academic records").
  3. Enter your email.
    • If you haven't made a Parchment account, you'll create one here.
    • Don't use a student email!
  4. Answer the Enrollment question, and proceed order a Transcript.
  5. Enter the school you'll like to send the transcript to, or choose to send it to yourself.
  6. Proceed to checkout.

 

To order a FINAL transcript, you MUST select "HOLD FOR GRADES" when asked, "when do you want this sent".  If you did not select hold for grades your request WILL NOT reflect that you are a  graduate or include your Quarter 4 grades.

Final note: If you have any remaining fees or fines on your Antelope High School account - your transcript will not be processed, no exceptions.
